Sammy Keyes andthe Dead Giveaway

If you have been keeping up with the series than you already know that Sammy always seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. She's in trouble again but this time she's not jumping up and down to solve it, because she's the one who did it. But everyone thinks its evil, Heather, Sammy's archenemy.

Throughout the story Sammy realizes that secrets can be deadly. Why is the city council trying to convict old ladies from there homes? Who is is delivering threats on rocks through windows? Why is Heather acting so guilty? And what do pirates have to do with anything? To find out you'll have to read the series your self.

Steps to make the perfect smothie

Step 1: get a blender or a person who is really good at stirring.

Step 2: get out 3 main ingredients, ice cream, ice, and any fruits you have available.(the ice or the fruit can be substituted for milk)

Step 3: put the ingredients in the blender/ in a bowl for a person to stir.

Step 4: blend/ stir in till mixed or in till creamy what ever comes first.

Step 5: take the smoothie out of the blender/ bowl and pour it into a cup.

Step 6: take a long slurp and enjoy

As mentioned in our previous post, beavers are incredible creatures. For this reason, we would like to point out that BEAVERS ARE FRIENDS, NOT FOOD. People have been known to hunt, trap, and eat these lovable, wonderful animals. I, for one, am against trapping, killing, or eating any types of animals, but for all of you carnivores out there: beavers are a vital part of natural wildlife. Leave them be. And to all of you sadistic hunters out there: go away. Stop reading this blog. You are a disgrace. (I'm sorry, that just had to be said.)

Why Beavers Rule

As you know, the beaver is our mascot. Beavers can be taught to do all sorts of things. Things like building and creating amusement parks. Here's a little info about beavers, from www.beaversww.org/beaver.html:

"American Indians called the beaver the "sacred center" of the land because this species creates rich habitats for other mammals, fish, turtles, frogs, birds and ducks. Since beavers prefer to dam streams in shallow valleys, much of the flooded area becomes wetlands. Such wetlands are cradles of life with biodiversity that can rival tropical rain forests. Almost half of endangered and threatened species in North America rely upon wetlands."

Did you also know that they like eating berries? I know I love berries and I'm sure all of you earth beans out there love them, too. There are so many that I think I'll list them: blueberry, strawberry ... you know what? This is getting boring so I'm going to stop.
